Responsibility for Delays: The business is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, strikes, or issues in the destination countries.
Shipping Company: Shipments are carried out using a certified shipping company chosen at our discretion.
Returns and Cancellations
We currently ship to the United States, Europe, South America, and Israel.
Return Rights: Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been used, remains in its original packaging, and is in new condition.

Time to Return: The product must be sent back within 14 days from the date the return request was submitted.
Refund: Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued for the returned product, provided it meets the return conditions.
Exchange Policy: Products can be exchanged subject to the return policy. The customer will bear the additional shipping cost. In the case of a defective product that is returned and confirmed as defective, an identical replacement will be sent at our expense.
Customized Products: Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Damages: In the event of damage to a product during shipping, the product and the label on the packaging must be photographed, and the photos sent to our customer service email. If damage is confirmed, an identical replacement product will be sent.
